Parcel B, where The Hill @ One-North is located, was awarded to Gao Xiuhua, an owner of Kingsford Development, with a tender price of S$162.4 million or S$1,210.10 per square foot per plot ratio, and it received ten bids. Another new condominium, Blossoms by the Park, will occupy Parcel A. These two land parcels together can potentially yield approximately 405 residential units. This initiative aligns with JTC Corporation’s efforts to increase residential spaces in the one-north area to meet the housing demand while enhancing the region into a dynamic mixed-use business park focused on research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
